LDC-backed Amberjack, the UK’s Leading Early Careers recruitment services provider, has today announced that Fusion Graduate Consultancy has joined the Amberjack Group, adding an Asia-Pacific Graduate Recruitment capability and a new Learning & Development proposition. Fusion is Australia and New Zealand’s leading graduate outsource partner.

This partnership will enable continued innovation and help the group exceed the expectations of client partners across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. Fusion will continue to offer their existing products and services, with access to new tools and technologies via Amberjack.

As part of the transaction, Amberjack will be taking Fusion’s market leading Learning & Development offering to the UK market.

The award-winning Fusion brand and APAC operations will continue to be led by original Founders, David Cvetkovski and Paula Gepp and delivered by their team of industry experts. David & Paula commented:

“This exciting opportunity with Amberjack will bring combined insight, expertise, resources and solutions to our clients and the Australian and New Zealand Graduate Industries. This is also exciting as our market-leading development offering will expand across the regions led by Head of Development, Jum Lamont.”

The combined group will support over 140 early careers programs and create a leading global benchmark for the delivery of quality, innovative early careers solutions.

Dan Speed, Amberjack Global Group CEO, commented: “We are delighted to have made this investment and to unlock the complementary capabilities within both companies. We will be able to provide more recruitment resources and tools for Fusion in Australia and New Zealand, and in turn bring their highly impressive Graduate Learning & Development offering to the UK market. It is a win-win for both sets of our clients.”

Trystan Cullen, Investment Manager at LDC added: “Bringing Fusion into the Amberjack Global Group widens the product range for the combined customer base and expands the business’ international presence.
