Expansion of service delivery to offer full RPO provision.

Gradweb becomes 'Amberjack' through an exciting re-brand project.

Digital Assessment Centre wins 'Recruitment Innovation of the Year' @ Recruiter Awards.

Future Potential Assessment wins 'Recruitment Technology of the year' @ FIRM awards.

2023
In June 2023, Amberjack acquired Fusion, Australia and New Zealand's leading outsource company. This added an Asia-Pacific Graduate Recruitment capability and a new Learning & Development proposition.
2025
Darren Lancaster is announced as new CEO to drive new strategy and global expansion.
2026
Ambjack leads the talent industry by launching industry first AI assessment.
Our Transformation...
In April 2019, LDC – the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group – invested £17.6m to support a management buy-out and accelerate our growth strategy. LDC provided capital to support investment in our latest technology propositions and help us explore complimentary acquisitions to broaden our service offerings.
