With extensive experience in Recruitment Communications and RPO delivery, Cassie joined Amberjack in 2012 as Head of Client Service. Cassie has played a critical role in the growth of Amberjack to date and was heavily involved in the successful management buy-out and LDC Investment in 2019.
Now, as Chief Operating Officer and board member, her role focuses on all commercial, strategic, client and service delivery aspects of the business. She sets the strategic direction for Client Success and manages the growth and development of our client relationships across RPO, Attraction, Technology and Assessment. More recently she has led the launch of Amberjack’s new L&D offering in the UK.
