Prior to joining Amberjack in April 2021, Dan worked for BigHand, a dynamic software & services company where he ran and scaled-up its APAC, North American, Cloud, and then UK & EMEA Enterprise Software businesses through successful buyouts.
As Amberjack CEO, Dan has led the Amberjack team through a period of high growth, industry client awards, international expansion and reinvestment back into our tech platform.

With extensive experience in Recruitment Communications and RPO delivery, Cassie joined Amberjack in 2012 as Head of Client Service. Cassie has played a critical role in the growth of Amberjack to date and was heavily involved in the successful management buy-out and LDC Investment in 2019.
Now, as Chief Operating Officer and board member, her role focuses on all commercial, strategic, client and service delivery aspects of the business. She sets the strategic direction for Client Success and manages the growth and development of our client relationships across RPO, Attraction, Technology and Assessment. More recently she has led the launch of Amberjack’s new L&D offering in the UK.

He has experience across Recruitment, Technology and Consulting sectors in roles as Group Financial Controller or CFO at private or AIM listed groups. Each role involved acquisitions and disposals following periods of significant development and growth.

Su has been delivering successful Attraction campaigns for Amberjack clients since 2010.
With over 150 successful campaigns planned, designed, and managed over her 13 years with Amberjack, Su has a wealth of experience in what it takes to signal an attractive offer to early careers talent and convert it into application success. Each season our clients rely on Su and her team for effective campaign strategy, creative production, and media planning for their programmes.

He combines his academic interests in behavioural science with a pragmatic approach to helping our clients attract, recruit and assess the right talent for their business. He joined Amberjack in 2021 to lead the commercial growth of the business.

Martin has significant experience in talent assessment focusing on building processes which support global organisations in identifying the right talent.
He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Chartered Member of The CIPD having gained an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Martin is also a verified assessor for the British Psychological Society and a regular speaker at industry events.

Jum Lamont began his career in broadcast media as a television presenter in Australia and the UK before joining Fusion in 2015. As the head of the Development division, he played a pivotal role in its significant growth and success.
Currently serving as Managing Director, APAC, for the Amberjack Group, Jum oversees Fusion’s commercial, strategic, client, and service delivery initiatives. He is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering client partnerships across RPO, Attraction, Technology, Assessment, and Development solutions.
