Description:

This season, after 2 years of disruption due to the pandemic, face to face campus activity was once again part of the attraction and engagement strategy for the majority of organisations. Whilst many still delivered a hybrid series of events, feedback from universities, students and employers the feedback was that in-person activity was not only the preferred option for universities and students but was delivering better ROI in terms of attendance and conversion.

Many employers felt that the pandemic would challenge the traditional ‘Milkround’ season. Virtual events offer many benefits including reduced cost, increased accessibility, improved reach and are far less impactful on business resource time.

So where should employers be focusing their efforts moving forward?

We’re hosting a panel to discuss what employers should be considering for the new season including:

  • Careers service engagement
  • Event strategy
  • Event design and content
  • Measuring success of events

Our panel will include representatives from the British Investment Institute (BII), STEM Women, and Bright Network.

The event is finished.
