Once live, your dedicated team work as part of your team, utilising our Pipeline Performance Tool (PPT) which sits at the heart of what we do, and is used throughout the campaign to ensure we are on track to deliver and identify any potential issues before they become issues.

An outstanding candidate experience, no matter what the outcome, is key to our delivery. We speak to your candidates at every stage of the process, informing them of their progress to ensure we keep them engaged throughout. We don’t share candidates around clients, we are not a recruitment agency. They are your candidates and we treat them accordingly.
Candidate Screening and Sifting
Our team of assessment professionals screen hundreds of thousands of candidates each year, working a number of tools using a bespoke approach for each client campaign. From application form screening, to CV and video interview review, to utilising automated approaches, our screeners are fully briefed, normally including the client, and work with clear screening guidelines, all underpinned by our robust QA (Quality Assurance) process.
Our team of expert assessors interview candidates in a variety of ways, depending on what’s right for you. From telephone based interviews, to assessing videos, through to face to face interviews, we ensure we follow the scoring guidelines and mark the candidates appropriately and feedback to benchmark the successful candidates onto the next stage.
Assessment Centre Delivery
We support clients with the delivery of their events, as well as the design. Our Assessor Training sessions ensure your team have all the necessary tools required to help them assess candidates consistently. When the time arrives for you to deliver your assessment centres we can provide support. We work with a number of our clients to provide Lead Assessors at their assessment centres, as well as Facilitators and Assessment Support services.
We are happy to manage the expenses process on your behalf, to ensure candidates’ claims are reviewed and reimbursed in accordance with your guidance. A task lots of organisations are very happy to outsource!
