Our attraction team have extensive experience of working with some of the UK’s leading recruiters to manage their volume attraction campaigns around the world. Whether it be building or managing a media schedule, writing and placing adverts or creating assets and social content, our team works efficiently, to provide an agile campaign, using their networks to target the candidates you need.


Every year our assessment professionals screen hundreds of thousands of candidates. From screening application forms, CV and video interview reviewing to utilising automation processes, our screeners are expertly briefed and work within clear guidelines – all underpinned by our robust QA (Quality Assurance) process.

We’re industry leaders at engaging candidates through telephone interviews, assessing videos and face-to-face interviews. We always follow predefined scoring guidelines, mark candidates appropriately and provide feedback to take potential talent to the next stage.

We support our clients with the delivery of their recruitment events, as well as the design. Our Assessor Training sessions ensure your team have all the necessary tools and guidance they need to help them accurately assess candidates consistently.
