Amberjack win Recruiter’s Best Outsourcing Award

We’ve won the Recruiter Award for the Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation, an award that we won previously in 2013.

As winners of the Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation award, we demonstrated our credentials across a range of volume campaigns for entry level and experienced hires. We showed how we achieved outstanding success for our clients by conceiving, developing and implementing cohesive recruitment talent management strategies.

Our entry was based on unrivalled candidate experience and recruitment innovation. We highlighted the superb level of candidate experience we delivered for Mars. And the new digital assessment and video SJT platform we developed for Atkins.
