    Prior to joining Amberjack, Dan worked for BigHand, a dynamic software & services company which he joined at an early stage. He went on to run and scale-up its APAC, North American, Cloud, and then UK & EMEA Enterprise Software businesses through successful secondary and tertiary buyouts. Dan joined Amberjack in April 2021 as CEO and will lead the Amberjack team in delivering excellence, technological advancement and growth.

    With extensive experience in Recruitment Communications and RPO delivery, Cassie joined Amberjack in 2012 as Head of Client Service. Now, as Managing Director and board member, her role focuses on all commercial, strategic, client and service delivery aspects of the business. She sets the strategic direction for Client Success and manages the growth and development of our client relationships across RPO, Attraction, Technology and Assessment, as well as contributing towards the strategic vision and commercial ambitions of Amberjack.

    Having led Talent Acquisition functions on a global basis, Sophie has first-hand experience of the challenges facing Amberjack's clients. This in-depth knowledge enables her to architect solutions for our clients that align to and support organisational strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results. In her role as Managing Director, Growth, she is fully responsible for all aspects of Business Development which includes leading the sales and marketing teams, building strategic partnerships and identifying emerging market trends which help shape our strategic vision.

He has experience across the technology, recruitment and consulting industries in roles as group financial controller or CFO at private and AIM listed groups. Each role involved acquisitions and disposals following periods of significant development and growth.

    Jonathan‘s career spans sales and commercial leadership positions, both in the UK and across Europe, operating within the HR Tech, Talent Mgmt and Psychometric Assessment market. He combines his academic interests in Behavioural Science with a pragmatic approach to helping our clients attract, recruit, and assess the right talent for their business. He joined Amberjack in April 2021 to lead the commercial growth of the Amberjack solution platform into new business markets.
