Here’s a bit about the opportunity…
As a Campaign Coordinator, you’ll work as an extension to our client’s recruitment and HR teams as the first point of contact for Graduate, Intern or Apprentice applications. You’ll play a critical role in the success of campaign delivery and ensuring talent pipelines are filled. Day-to-day you could find yourself responsible for:
- Supporting Client Partners on general campaign management activities if required
- Gain an understanding of different recruitment processes by completing application screenings and video assessments
- Assist with the preparation of information and reports to share back with clients on campaign performance
- Laise with candidates to offer coaching calls ahead of the assessment centres and post-assessment centre advice on how they performed on the day
- Ensure candidate queries are answered throughout the recruitment process
You will be based in Newbury, with the opportunity for some home working after your initial training period and once settled in the role.
Who we're looking for
You should be self-motivated with a positive approach and have a real passion for providing a great candidate experience. We’re looking for individuals that are comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel but we are keen to help you develop new skills in your role. Other essential skills include:
