A major objective in the fight for equality is to encourage more women to reach the top of the business world, and Amberjack is very proud that our leadership team is 83% female, that our executive board is 100% female, and that overall 72% of our people are women.
This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is #PressforProgress – a campaign to achieve parity between the sexes. With the World Economic Forum reporting that gender parity is over 200 years away – there has never been a more important time to #PressforProgress. And with global activism for women’s equality fuelled by movements like #MeToo, #TimesUp – there’s a strong global momentum striving for gender parity.
We’re proud to support #PressforProgress, and to continue leading the way by helping women achieve professionally and driving transformational results for our clients. Across all the recruitment campaigns we manage on behalf of our clients we deliver 17% better recruitment diversity than industry benchmarks. But More than that we’re also the first people in the world to implement Positive Action in a volume recruitment campaign, making our work with Network Rail to transform diversity a landmark.
