The latest ISE annual survey shows that 49% of all graduate hiring and 59% of all apprentice hiring is into ‘Technical / Analytical / IT’ roles and specifically 34% of all apprentice hiring is into ‘Programming and development’.

    Programming and development roles were the roles that ISE members felt are ‘most difficult to hire into’ with 17% of ISE members experiencing unfilled demand in these roles. 48% of ISE members also have ‘Gender’ as a major diversity focus and 47% of ISE members have ‘Ethnicity’ as a major diversity focus.
