Masterclass Cancellation / Fail to Attend Policy
Cancellations to Masterclasses must be advised in writing by email at least 7 working days prior to the activity date to firstname.lastname@example.org or a £250 penalty fee will apply. Please make sure you state the name of the event in the subject line of your email.
Substitutions can be made with a person of a senior seniority without penalty however advance notice (by 12pm the previous day) is required in writing to email@example.com.
If a delegate fails to attend a booked Masterclass a fee of £250 will apply and will be invoiced, which will be required to be paid within 30 days.
Amberjack cancels events only when absolutely necessary, but reserves the right to do so, as well as to reschedule events and substitute presenters.
