With budgets stretched and recruiters trying to do even more with less the experience you give your candidates is more important than ever before. According to research from CareerBuilder, an estimated one-third of job applicants who had a bad candidate experience said they were less likely to buy products from the company in the future. Providing a positive candidate experience is therefore not only the right thing to do but makes sound business sense.
