Amberjack Triumphs at Recruiter Awards 2017

Last night we were honoured to win two awards at the prestigious Recruiter Awards. With Outstanding Outsourced Organisation Awards in 2016 and 2013 and two further Awards this year the judges were impressed by the impact of our high quality campaigns and leading-edge technology innovations.

Innovation, speed, quality, and superb results were highlighted as our key ingredients for success.

The Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year Award recognises the organisation that has made the most significant impact on the recruitment industry. The judges said our recruitment technology and levels of candidate experience for the recruitment campaigns we manage in partnership with our clients take “good service to great”. The award sums up how we bring Quality to Quantity by leveraging volume hiring processes to ensure that even when the applicant numbers are high, the candidate experience is exceptional and we are able to identify the best-fit applicants from amongst the masses.

The Recruitment Technology Innovation of the Year Award recognises the organisation achieving the most stand-out accomplishments in recruitment technology. The judges said that our global assessment redesign work in partnership with Unilever delivered a superb candidate experience and “a wealth of innovation” and crucially was “not just for technology’s sake”, emphasising the effectiveness of the pioneering selection process. The judges were especially impressed by the results we achieved specifically the recruiter screening hours saved as well as the annual cost savings we delivered.
