Our Future Talent Hub
Future Talent Hub is Amberjack’s “Community of Talent Potential”. The Hub, is introduced to candidates who have yet to secure a role. It keeps users engaged through interactive employability content and connects them with prospective employers and opportunities. Using the information gathered via Ambertrack, we can target specific groups of candidates and invite them to apply.
The Hub is a great way to help candidates discover new employers and roles they previously would not have considered.
Our Events Portal
The Event Portal is an effective way for employers to manage events. Hosted on Amberjack’s Platform, it hosts links for candidates to sign up for on-campus and virtual events. By enabling employers to list their entire event and networking schedule, students are able to select the most relevant events or sign up for multiple sessions if appropriate.
For employers, it ensures full visibility of their schedule and allows more effective communication and management of potential candidates.
Our Future Development Report
Amberjack’s Future Development Report provides an overview of an organisation’s recent hires, their suitability for their role, their strengths and what they should focus on in the future. The test is taken by candidates following a certain amount of time on their program. The test is multiple choice (ranked) and the score is mapped back to Amberjack’s key competencies.
These results can then be analysed and give an organisation in depth feedback on each candidate individually (strengths, weaknesses, job suitability) and/or the intake as a whole.
Using Amberjack’s Future Development Report can help organisations identify where the strengths and weaknesses are in their organisation, enabling them to futureproof their pipeline by specifying their search for certain skills and traits and to help current employees with the development of certain skills.
