Client Partners are key members of the Resourcing Services team, ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of client campaigns. No two campaigns are the same so you’ll have new areas of learning and challenge every day. You’ll be managing all aspects of client service delivery and candidate management, reporting into one of our Resourcing Services Directors.

Our Resourcing Services team is at the centre of our operation and manages volume and entry-level recruitment campaigns for our clients here in the UK as well as overseas – right the way from design to delivery and analysis.

Our Candidate Engagement Specialists are the first point of contact for candidates applying to our client campaigns.

You’ll provide an outstanding service to candidates enquiring about opportunities, their applications and interviews, via telephone, email, online chat and social media channels. This role sits as part of a wider team, focused on delivering to an expanding portfolio of exciting clients.

As a Senior Assessment Consultant, you’ll work with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and develop solutions. You will be responsible for projects that deliver both superior client satisfaction and profit growth for the business. You will have full responsibility for developing sifting tools such as SJTs and video interviews. You’ll also design full day assessment centres utilising case study/analysis exercises, role play, group exercises and interviews.

While your focus will be on assessment solutions, you’ll work across the business to ensure your recommendations can be delivered in the most efficient manner, using the best technology platforms available.  To be effective you will need to commit to spending a proportion of your time in our Newbury based offices, although we will be flexible dependant on individual situations.

Our Resourcing Services team is at the centre of our operation and manages volume and entry-level recruitment campaigns for our clients here in the UK as well as overseas – right the way from design to delivery and analysis.

You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our core web applications and owning the relationship with internal and external clients, providing first-level support and training.

This role will also see you developing and producing internal software-based systems to support business practices and providing support for all aspects of our technical systems within Amberjack, including our ATS, video interview platform and assessment platform.

You will be joining our Consultancy Solutions team who provide selection and development consultancy services for a diverse range of clients.

This is a challenging and exciting new role with responsibility for the delivery of Reasonable Adjustment and Equal Opportunities Engagement Support on behalf of our clients, managing the  candidate journey throughout the assessment process, through to offer and onboarding.

Our Candidate Management Specialists play a critical role in the success of our campaign delivery. Working as part of a wider team, you’ll support candidates as they progress through the recruitment process.

Our technology team work with a diverse range of clients from Unilever, Mars and PwC, to GSK and Morrison’s, creating bespoke volume recruitment tools and processes that will deliver results.

You will have primary responsibility for data and information security within Amberjack and across all of its processes, technical systems and solutions where data information is handled.

You will be a key member of the Client Solutions team responsible for promoting the Amberjack brand, products, services and solutions to prospective clients, whether over the phone, face-to-face, by social media, networking or in other ways.  You will be following-up marketing leads and any other leads generated by the business.

As part of our Client Solutions team, you’ll be working in a rewarding and supportive environment with fantastic potential for growth and development.  You will be supporting the Client Solutions and Marketing team, primarily focused on making out-going qualifying calls to clients on our database.
