Client Partners are key members of the Resourcing Services team, ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of client campaigns. No two campaigns are the same so you’ll have new areas of learning and challenge every day. You’ll be managing all aspects of client service delivery and candidate management, reporting into one of our Resourcing Services Directors.

As a Senior Assessment Consultant, you’ll work with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and develop solutions. You will be responsible for projects that deliver both superior client satisfaction and profit growth for the business. You will have full responsibility for developing sifting tools such as SJTs and video interviews. You’ll also design full day assessment centres utilising case study/analysis exercises, role play, group exercises and interviews.

While your focus will be on assessment solutions, you’ll work across the business to ensure your recommendations can be delivered in the most efficient manner, using the best technology platforms available.  To be effective you will need to commit to spending a proportion of your time in our Newbury based offices, although we will be flexible dependant on individual situations.

Our Assessment Consulting team provide selection and development consultancy services for a diverse range of clients. They pioneer projects such as gamification of assessment solutions, innovative product design, commercial acumen tools, and immersive assessment centre content.

As a Junior Assessment Consultant you’ll be working as part of our close-knit team of Occupational Psychologists and Consultants and be involved with a range of client projects from planning to delivery.

You’ll also work closely with other areas of the business and gain insight into the end-to-end selection process and how we deliver high-quality volume recruitment that is both efficient and effective for our clients.

Our Business Service team is responsible for the management of the building & offices, facilities management, health & safety, HR administration and IT infrastructure. We also provide general support to the Board and the operational teams making this role a great opportunity to work with and get to know the different areas of the business.
